We find our patients appreciate knowing the payment options available to them in advance of the consultation, for all elective procedures we require full payment, cash-in-advance, typically days prior to surgery, or participation in a monthly payment program arranged through our patient-financing service. We have over six financing companies available to us which provide you with very low monthly payments, making all plastic surgery procedures extremely affordable to you. By completing the registration form attached, we can pre-qaulify you while you are here today. There is no application fee and it is strictly voluntary on your behalf.
